KSUT now at 91.5 FM in Silverton
As of 6am this morning (Feb 25th), Durango's KSUT, home of NPR, has moved to a MUCH stronger transmitter at 91.5 FM. if you couldn't get it before in some parts of town, chances are you get it now!
Read the press release from KSUT here.
This represents a change in power output from .002 watts to 9 watts and should provide coverage to all of Silverton. According to KSUT Executive Director Beth Warren, "Serving Silverton has been a priority ever since we were presented with 200 plus signatures requesting KSUT back in 2001."
A big thanks for their efforts to keep us in touch with news and a wider variety of music!
