San Juan Grill
The San Juan Grill serves fresh and creative breakfast, lunch, and dinner year-round at 1250 Greene Street (at 13th Street) in Silverton, Colorado.
Using local and organic produce, meats, cheeses, coffee, and sprits, chef/owner Gregory Custer creates an ever-changing menu of great meals, and serves them in a charming and historic space on Silverton's main street.
Breakfast served 6:30am till 11am - Friday through Tuesday
Lunch served 11am till 1:30pm - Friday through Tuesday
Dinner served 5pm till 8:30pm - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday
Stop in for a rotating schedule of special dinners and events as well!
